Installing Curtains Across the Peninsula's Coastal Towns
Curtains on the Peninsula come with a different set of priorities depending on the town and the property. Australian Window Covering fits curtains across Mornington, Mount Martha, Rosebud, Sorrento, and everywhere between, treating the region as a whole rather than an add-on to our regular Melbourne work. Free in-home measure and quote visits are planned around the Peninsula's size, not squeezed in between other suburbs.
Curtains That Help Peninsula Holiday Rentals Stand Out
A striking number of Mornington Peninsula properties are listed on short-stay platforms, and curtains do more work here than people expect. A bare window in a listing photo reads as unfinished, while the right curtain adds warmth, colour, and a sense of care that actually affects whether someone books. It's less about privacy or light control in these cases and more about how a room presents on a screen before a guest ever walks through the door. A genuinely different consideration from a home someone lives in full time.
Big Water Views Don't Need to Be Blocked Out
Many Mornington Peninsula properties, particularly along the coast, have large windows built specifically to frame a bay or ocean view, and the last thing anyone wants is to cover that up. Sheer and light-filtering curtains solve the glare problem that comes with all that water-facing glass without obscuring the view itself, which is a different priority from an inland home where blocking light out entirely is usually the goal.
